2. Eligibility and entry requirements

2.1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promoters of the prize draw.

2.2. Entrants must provide a valid email address if entering from the website, and meet the entry requirements for the route they choose, as set out below.

Website entries

2.3. To enter through the Little Kingdom Folk website, participants must complete the designated giveaway entry form during the promotional period and provide a valid email address. Newsletter marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter through the website.

Social media entries

2.4. To enter through Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, participants must:

• Follow the official Little Kingdom Folk account on the relevant platform.
• Like the relevant giveaway post or video.
• Comment on the post or video, tagging another person who may be interested in the prize.

2.5. Participants may earn additional entries by leaving separate eligible comments, each tagging a different person. No maximum comment entries per person, per platform. Duplicate or otherwise ineligible comments will not count.

2.6. Social media entrants may earn one additional entry by subscribing to the Little Kingdom Folk newsletter through the designated giveaway sign-up form during the promotional period. This is optional, and marketing consent must be handled separately from entry into the prize draw.

2.7. Participants may enter through more than one eligible route. All eligible entries from the website and social media platforms will be combined into one prize draw. Each eligible entry will count as one chance of winning.

2.8. The prize draw is not open to residents outside the United Kingdom.

2.9. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2.10. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or do not meet these terms and conditions may be excluded.

2.11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and exclude any participant who attempts to manipulate the prize draw or breaches these terms and conditions.

3. Opening and closing dates

3.1. The prize draw opens on 1 November 2026 at 00:01 GMT.

3.2. The closing date is 30 November 2026 at 11:59pm GMT.

3.3. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

3.4. The winner will be announced on 1 December 2026.

4. How to enter

4.1. There are two ways to enter the prize draw: through the Little Kingdom Folk website or through any eligible giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

4.2. Website entrants must complete the designated giveaway entry form and provide a valid email address. Subscribing to marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter through the website.

4.3. Social media entrants must complete the requirements set out in Section 2 on the relevant platform. Each eligible comment, will count as a separate entry.

4.4. Participants who enter through social media may receive one additional entry by subscribing to the Little Kingdom Folk newsletter through the designated giveaway sign-up form during the promotional period, as described in clause 2.6.

4.5. Each participant must provide a valid email address so that the Promoter can contact the winner. A social media username or handle may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify a social media entry.

4.6. All eligible entries from the website and social media routes will be combined into one prize draw.

5. The prize

5.1. There is one prize: one MODU Explorer Set with an advertised retail value of £159, in an available colour of the winner's choice.

5.2. The prize is subject to availability and will be supplied as described in the giveaway announcement.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. Winner selection

6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through the website and social media routes after the closing date.

6.2. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected. Where a participant has earned multiple eligible entries, each entry will count separately in the draw.

6.3. The Promoter will verify that the selected entrant has met the applicable entry requirements, including following the relevant Little Kingdom Folk social media account and meeting the like and comment requirements where applicable.

6.4. If an entry is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.

7. Winner notification and announcement

7.1. The winner will be contacted by email and announced on 1 December 2026.

7.2. The winner must respond within seven days of the notification email to claim the prize and provide any information reasonably required to arrange delivery.

7.3. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.4. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner at a UK address. The winner will not be required to pay for standard delivery.

8. Data protection and marketing communications

8.1. Entrants must provide a valid email address for the administration of the prize draw and for the Promoter to contact the winner.

8.2. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the prize draw, verifying entries, contacting the winner and arranging delivery of the prize, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy: https://www.littlekingdomfolk.com/pages/privacy-policy.

8.3. Participants may choose to subscribe to marketing communications from Little Kingdom Folk, including occasional marketing emails, exclusive offers, product updates and play inspiration. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entering the prize draw.

8.4. Participants who subscribe to marketing communications may unsubscribe at any time using the clear, one-click "Unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of every marketing email, including the first welcome email. Unsubscribing will not affect an existing eligible entry or reduce a participant's chances of winning.

8.5. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

9. General

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. Any action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and applicable promotional rules.

9.2. The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the prize draw and eligibility of entries will be final, subject to applicable law.

9.3. The winner's surname and county may be made available to people who request this information within one month of the closing date, where required to demonstrate that a valid award took place. The winner may object to disclosure or request that the amount of information disclosed be reduced. The Promoter may still need to provide the relevant information to the appropriate advertising regulator if required.

9.4. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Social media disclaimer

10.1. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

10.2. By entering, participants release these platforms from responsibility for the promotion to the extent permitted by applicable platform rules and law.

10.3. MODU is the manufacturer of the prize. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MODU is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not responsible for its administration.
